This talk will focus on the value of discomfort as it relates to the process of self-change. The discomfort so many of us are feeling is serving such a great purpose to move us forward. We must surrender our security in order for change to take place. The evolutionary impulse of the soul is demanding that we allow ourselves to be shaped into our greater Selves, releasing emotional density to incorporate the higher frequency into our physical body.
